Meet Dr Sally Farhandi (Dentist)
Sally is the proud owner of Excellence in Dentistry and has been practicing dеntіѕtrу ѕіnсе 2000 in Auѕtrаlіа and abroad. After finishing dental school, she worked in both the public and private sectors for a while before joining UNICEF as Health and Nutrition assistant for disadvantaged children and adults.
In 2009, while working at a private practice, Sally was told she needed to practice on the basis of KPI. This was the last straw for her and resulted in her immediate resignation and the opening of her own practice in 2010. Excellence in Dentistry afforded her the freedom to take care of people’s dental wellness in ways she always envisioned her patients deserved! Sally built her practice around patients’ needs, honesty and excellence. She always goes above and beyond to deliver outstanding care to her patients.

Sally’s love of her job and commitment to excellence is evident in her continuous pursuit of knowledge. She has further education in different aspects of dentistry and holds a Masters degree in Implantology from the prestigious Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany.
Sally is a member of the Australian Dental Association, The Australian Society of Dental Implants (ASID) and an honoured Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI), as well as being a certified Invisalign provider and SmileFast ceramic braces provider.
Her experience spans All-on-Implants, orthodontics, full-mouth rehabilitation, and cosmetic dentistry, including veneers. This diverse skill set allows her to offer many smile-enhancing solutions tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
